 PRIVACY
AND YOUR RIGHTS

Asking for help can be tough, especially if you're involved in activities that might not be legal. For people using substances and their loved ones, reaching out to health services can feel risky. It’s tempting to hold back details, but over time, this can impact your well-being.

At QuIHN, we prioritise building trust so you can make the best decisions for yourself. We’re here to provide a safe, private space to discuss your physical, mental, and emotional health. Confidentiality is critical to us, and we’ll always be transparent about if, how, and when we share information with others. In rare cases where the law requires us to share, such as child protection concerns, self-harm threats, or legal requests, we work to minimise the impact on you while maintaining quality support.

Otherwise, we’ll always ask for your consent before sharing your information. Internally, we may use your details to plan your care or determine eligibility for our services, but your privacy and respect are our top priorities. If you ever feel your privacy has been breached, we’re here to listen

We are always striving to do more

Through collaboration with policymakers, community leaders, and harm reduction allies, we challenge stigma and promote evidence-based practices that prioritise health and well-being. Our advocacy focuses on creating safer environments, increasing access to life-saving services, and empowering individuals to make informed choices. By addressing systemic barriers and advocating for change, we aim to build a community where every person feels supported, valued, and heard.
