QuIHN was born from a community response to the marginalisation and criminalisation of people who use drugs.

From the beginning, our work has focused on creating a space where everyone, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or life experience, is treated with respect and dignity.

We are proud to be an organization that is client-centred and community-led, ensuring that all voices—especially those who have been historically excluded—are heard, respected, and empowered.
