Located on the traditional country of the Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul people, our services are designed to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with their health and well-being. Whether you need harm reduction tools, counselling, or treatment support, our team is here to help.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Alcohol and Other Drug Counseling
Our counselling services are here to support you if you're looking to make changes in your drug use or if you're facing mental health concerns (dual diagnosis). We also offer counseling for family members, friends, or carers of individuals impacted by substance use.
Group Programs
QuIHN offers a variety of group programs for people impacted by substance use. These programs focus on mental health, family dynamics, and other challenges that often come alongside substance use. Connect with others in a safe, supportive space.
SUPPORT
GROUPS
MudMaps Group
Our MudMaps group is open to anyone making (or thinking about making) changes to their substance use, whether it’s opioids, amphetamines, alcohol or cannabis. Group topics are participant-led, with guidance from a trained facilitator.
