QuIHN Group Programs
QuIHN provides a range of therapeutic and psychosocial group programs designed to complement our individual counselling services. These groups are a supportive space for people affected by substance use, any associated mental health concerns, or related family issues.

WHY ATTEND A GROUP?
Our group programs are built on the client-centred approach we use in counselling. Joining a group can help you connect with others facing similar challenges, learn new coping strategies, and receive support in a welcoming environment.
