We are founded by the communities for which we exist & serve

QuIHN arose from a community mobilising response to HIV and later Hepatitis C. Our primary founding body QuIVAA Inc still exists as the Peak Peer Body, representing the interests of people who use drugs in Queensland.

QuIVAA Inc is active in the governance of QuIHN, and together we work from a peer-led approach and within a harm minimisation framework with a particular focus on harm reduction.
